1. Are your products available in stores?

Not yet, but we hope to be someday soon.

2. How quickly do you fulfill on-line orders?

Orders will be processed the day of receipt and will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

3. Can I throw my tee shirts in the washing machine?

Of course. Follow the care instructions on the tag. And if you must iron, turn the shirt inside out first.

4. What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package. Returns and exchanges will be accepted only on items that have not been worn, altered or washed. We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges for returns. For exchanges, however, there will not be an additional shipping charge.
Pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in a shipping envelope or box and send it back to us using an insured service to:

5. When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at ?RU Headquarters, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.

6. How do I know what size to buy?

?RU uses American Apparel shirts. The shirts are snug-fitting so you may want to consider choosing one size larger than you usually wear. For women, a medium is like a small, a large is like a medium and the unisex large fits as a large for male or XL for female. The child shirt (size 8) should be appropriate for children weighing between 49-52lbs. The onesie fits babies 16 - 22lbs. At this time the men's shirts come in one size only, unisex large, except Kinky Gazpacho which is unisex medium. Please keep in mind that as we expand our product line, we will also expand our size options.

7. My identity isn't represented on any of your shirts. What's up with that?

We are constantly creating new identi-tees but would love your input. Please feel free to post a comment on  our blog or send us an email with your ideas. If we choose your idea for a shirt, we'll let you know.

8. I love your shirts but I'm not digging the colors. Will you be getting more color options?

That is defintely in the plans. We're feeling oranges and pinks in the next line.

9. Do you ship overseas?

Not yet, but it's definitely in the plans. Right now we are only shipping in the United States. Please stay tuned to the ?RU blog for updates.

10. When are the socks going to be available for purchase and why don't they match?

We're working on securing a sock distributor. Please check our blog regularly for updates.

And no, our socks don't match, but they still look good together. We like to think of them as interracial socks.
